CAIRO, Dec 9 (KUNA) -- Kuwaiti First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah has arrived in Cairo to lead Kuwait's delegation to two Arab meetings in the aftermath of a US decision to recognize Jerusalem as Israel's capital.
