Acting Director-General of the Public Authority for Youth Nasser Al-Sheikh
KUWAIT, Jan 29 (KUNA) -- Acting Director-General of the Public Authority for Youth, Nasser Al-Sheikh, affirmed Thursday that Kuwaiti and Emirati youth possess advanced awareness and energy, believing the future is built through dialogue, experience, and joint action.
He made the remarks following the session "Prospects of Emirati-Kuwaiti Cooperation: A Shared Youth-Led Vision," held as part of the "UAE and Kuwait .. Brothers Forever" week, attended by Kuwaiti Minister Abdulrahman Al-Mutairi, UAE Minister Sultan Al-Niyadi, and UAE Ambassador Matar Al-Niyadi.
Al-Sheikh described the session as a practical model of Gulf integration, investing in human capital and showing a shared vision led by youth who view the future as a product of collaboration and innovation.
He added that discussions reflected youth awareness in creating opportunities, exploring new development paths, and using modern tools to turn ideas into impactful initiatives, emphasizing that aspirations now extend beyond geographic boundaries.
He noted the Public Authority for Youth views such gatherings as part of its national strategy to empower youth, expand cooperation with peer Gulf institutions, and build platforms for exchanging experiences and designing solutions in work, entrepreneurship, technology, and community development.
Al-Sheikh expressed hope that upcoming initiatives will strengthen Kuwaiti and Emirati youth as active partners in shaping the future, reinforcing a Gulf vision based on mutual trust, integration, and youth leadership in change and development. (end)
