CAIRO, Nov 20 (KUNA) -- At least nine people were killed and more than 20 others injured in a bus-truck collision on Al-Zaafarana-Ras Gharib Highway in Egypt's southeastern Red Sea Governorate.
Ambulances rushed to the site in order to take the casualties to nearby hospitals, Egypt's official news agency (MENA) reported, citing the governorate's operating center.
Traffic accidents are common in Egypt mainly due to poorly maintained roads and over-speeding. (end)
