Syrian army reports 11 martyrs from SDF attacks

AMMAN, Jan 21 (KUNA) -- The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) organization attacked several sites of the regular troops, one day after reaching a ceasefire agreement.
The attacks led to the martyrdom of 11 servicemembers and scores of injuries, the Syrian Arab News Agency SANA reported on Wednesday, citing the military operations command.
The SDF used explosive devises and suicide drones to attack their former site in Al Yarubiyah, Hasakah governorate, northeast Syria, which signaled their desire to continue fighting, according to military sources.
The Syrian Presidency said yesterday that the government and the SDF reached an understanding on cessation of hostilities and the future of Al Hasakah province. amn.gb
