Foreign Ministry holds coordination meeting ahead of Kuwaiti-Bahraini joint cmte.

KUWAIT, Dec 23 (KUNA) -- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs held a coordination meeting Tuesday, in preparation for the 12th session of the Kuwaiti-Bahraini Joint Higher Committee, chaired by Assistant Foreign Minister Ambassador Najib Al-Bader.
Al-Bader told KUNA the meeting reflects Kuwait's integrated institutional approach to advance preparatory coordination for joint committees, ensuring alignment among relevant authorities and achieving outcomes that embody the depth and distinction of bilateral relations.
relations with Bahrain and advancing frameworks of bilateral cooperation and partnership across political, economic, investment, cultural fields, serving shared interests and benefiting both peoples directly.
He explained preparations included reviewing implementation of agreements from previous committee sessions, examining initiatives and proposals to expand cooperation, following up decisions and recommendations, and exploring new areas to deepen integration and coordination of interest.
He noted the meeting unified participating government entities' visions, enhanced institutional coordination, and developed practical action plans for the 12th session, reflecting leadership support, while reviewing agenda items ahead of the session scheduled next January. (end) ae.ahm
