KUWAIT, Nov 19 (KUNA) -- Minister of Amiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Hamad Jaber Al-Ali Al-Sabah and Chief of His Highness the Crown Prince Diwan Sheikh Thamer Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah received, at Bayan Palace on Wednesday Ambassador of the Republic of Tunisia to Kuwait, Ambassador Mohammad Al-Boudali.
During the meeting, the firm fraternal relations linking the two nations were discussed, affirming desire of both countries to develop areas of bilateral cooperation in various fields, especially in the economic and investment sectors, and to open new horizons for cooperation to serve common interests and strengthen ties.
They also received Ambassador of Libya to Kuwait, Ambassador Suleiman Al-Sahli and talked of the strong fraternal relations between the two states as well as the ongoing communication and cooperation, and affirmed the aspiration of both sides to enhance bilateral cooperation and expand it to include various fields.
Sheikh Hamad and Sheikh Thamer also received Ambassador of the Republic of Benin to Kuwait, Ambassador Bardou Dine Aguemon.
The meeting discussed frameworks for strengthening the relations between Kuwait and Benin, the keenness to open new horizons for partnership between the two sides, and to advance these relations to the level of effective strategic partnership.
They also sat with Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Somalia to Kuwait, Ambassador Dr. Abdullah Mohammad Sheikh Abdullah.
During the meeting, the joint cooperation linking the two countries was discussed along with the keenness to expand fields of work between them, especially in the humanitarian and development fields, along with affirmation of the continued support of the State of Kuwait for efforts aimed at strengthening security and stability in Somalia.
