KUWAIT, Sept 19 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah has sent a cable of congratulations to Governor-General of Saint Kitts and Nevis Marcella Liburd on her country's Independence Day.
