His Highness Amir condoles with Egypt Pres. on attack victims

KUWAIT, June 5 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Wednesday sent a cable of condolences to Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah Al-Sisi over the victims of a terrorist attack on a security checkpoint south of the city of Arish of North Sinai.
His Highness the Amir expressed condemnation of the State of Kuwait of this heinous terrorist act that targeted innocent lives and destabilized the country's stability and security, affirming Kuwait's firm stance with Egypt in all measures it has taken to maintain its security and stability.
His Highness the Amir reiterated Kuwait's rejection of terrorism in all its forms and manifestations and affirmed its stance with the international community to dry and eliminate its sources, asking Allah Almighty to bestow his mercy upon souls of the deceased and a quick recovery for those injured.
His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent similar cables of condolences. (end) tg
