His Highness the Amir exchanges eid congratulations with Egyptian president

KUWAIT, June 4 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Tuesday received a telephone call from Egyptian President Abdelfattah Al-Sisi.
President Al-Sisi, in the phone contact to His Highness the Amir, expressed his sincere felicitations and good wishes on the happy Eid Al-Fitr, imploring His Almighty to grace peoples of the two countries, Arab and Muslim nations with all goodness and blessings. He also wished His Highness lasting good health and wellness.
In reply, His Highness the Amir thanked president Al-Sisi for the kind gesture that depicted depth of the relations between the two brotherly countries and peoples.
He expressed similar sentiments to the Egyptian president, hoping that such contacts be held anew, and wishing to see the Egyptian people attaining their aspirations toward promotion and prosperity under the sagacious leadership of his Excellency. (end) maa.rk
