KUWAIT, Nov 10 (KUNA) -- Minister of Oil and Minister of Electricity and Water Mr. Bakheet Al-Rashidi held a meeting on Saturday for top ministry officials, announcing a state of emergency due to forecast new round torrential rain.
Al-Rashidi directed the leaders to follow up on all services provided around the clock, and keep in touch with all ministry administrations to secure production, transport and distribution stations.(end) msa.nhq
