BRUSSELS, Oct 2 (KUNA) -- The staff of the embassy of the State of Kuwait
in Brussels Wednesday held a luncheon to bid farewell to Ambassador Nabeela
Al-Mulla who will be departing this week after the end of her six-year tenure
in Belgium.
Speaking on behalf of the Kuwaiti diplomats, Mubarak Al-Hajiri, expressed
deep thanks to the ambassador for her guidance and support and the lessons
that they have learnt in diplomacy from her during the last six years.
"We will never forget the lessons that we have learnt from you," he
stressed.
Patricia Barakt, speaking on behalf of the local staff in the embassy,
voiced her gratitude to the ambassador for taking good care of their interests
and for her support.
The correspondent of Kuwait news agency, KUNA, in Brussels also expressed
his profound thanks and gratitude for Al-Mullas support and cooperation in
covering the events in the EU, Belgium, NATO and Luxembourg.
The Kuwait diplomats, local staff and KUNA wished the ambassador health and
happiness and presented her with gifts. (end)
