Kuwait Cybersecurity Center warns against engaging with unverified online claims

KUWAIT, March 2 (KUNA) -- The National Cybersecurity Center warned against joining or interacting with groups or accounts claiming cyber breaches or spreading unverified information, stressing the importance of relying solely on official state sources for information.
In a press statement Monday, the Center said that circulating or reposting such claims without verification contributes to public anxiety and negatively impacts the stability of the digital environment.
The Center urged the public to exercise caution, rely exclusively on official channels for information, and report any misleading or suspicious content through approved means to help preserve the security and stability of Kuwait's cyberspace. (end) ajr.aa
