Kuwaiti Armed Forces Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Khaled Al-Shuraiaan
KUWAIT, Jan 22 (KUNA) -- Kuwaiti Armed Forces Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Khaled Al-Shuraiaan emphasized the pivotal role of military education in preparing and qualifying personnel, thereby enhancing their efficiency in line with the requirements of the upcoming phase.
In a press statement, the General Staff stated that the remarks were made during a tour conducted by Lt. Gen. Al-Shuraiaan to the Military Education Authority, the 25th Commando Brigade, and the Artillery of the Land Forces, as part of his ongoing field follow-up of various army units.
During his visit to the Military Education Authority, Lt Gen Al-Shuraiaan reviewed military education and training plans and programs, as well as mechanisms for developing curricula to keep pace with modern military requirements.
The inspection tour also included the 25th Commando Brigade and the Land Forces Artillery, where he was briefed on combat readiness levels, military discipline and the efficiency of field training. (end)
