Fatah slams Isreali Occupation's "isolative" Gaza tactics

GAZA, Jan 22 (KUNA) -- Palestinian political group Fatah on Thursday deplored the Israeli Occupation's escalation of violence in the Gaza Strip, saying that such tactics aim to impose "isolation" on the Palestinian enclave.
Hours after Israeli Occupation forces launched a barrage of air strikes on eastern areas of the Gaza Strip, Fatah spokesman Munther Al-Hayek accused Isreal of seeking to erode the remaining residential areas of the enclave.
The official went on to castigate the Israeli government for deliberately "impeding" the delivery of aid to the Gaza Strip, which he said was a measure that was tantamount to the "forcible immigration" of Gazans from the enclave, he added. (end) wab.nam
