The program focused on conflict management and confidence-building in negotiations, which was held in the Malaysian capital Kuala Lumpur.
He stressed the embassy's full support for the initiatives of the Saud Al-Nasser Diplomatic Institute aimed at building national cadres capable of representing Kuwait with competence and professionalism in regional and international forums.
The training program falls within the institute's vision to prepare diplomats equipped with advanced professional tools in conflict management, negotiation dynamics, and the ability to build trust with various parties, Al-Saleh added.
Furthermore, the training program focused on the practical aspects of negotiation and effective communication techniques.
