KUWAIT, Dec 18 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent on Thursday a cable of congratulations to Qatar's Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani on the successful Arab Cup championship hosted by Doha on December 1-18.
