Kuwait's wide participation in "Kuwaiti Week" in Egypt mirros deep coop.

CAIRO, Nov 26 (KUNA) -- The "Kuwaiti Week" in Egypt has witnessed outstanding participation of some Kuwait's official bodies, which were keen to be present to boost Kuwait in this annual event.
The event mirrored deep-rooted cooperation with Egypt in varied dossiers mainly trade, investment and economic aspects.
Speaking to KUNA in a statement, regional director of Kuwait Foreign Petroleum Exploration Company (KUFPEC) - Egypt Abulaziz Al-Mousawi expressed pleasure for participation and confirmed the company's eagerness to be present in multiple activities held in Egypt to show deep-seated relations between both sides.
He noted that the company has two projects in Egypt: Geisum & Tawila West in the Suez Gulf and Al-Mina West, which will be concluded in 2026.
Meanwhile, head of marketing at Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs' Secretariat Abdullah Al-Salem said partaking came to strengthen relations between the two countries.
Speaking to KUNA in a statement, Al-Salem added the Secretariat is participating in the event with some specialized publications in charitable action inside and beyond Kuwait.
Furthermore, Egypt's Ministries of Military Production and Health, along some official and private institutions and bodies, were present.
Under the patronage of Egypt's Prime Minister Mustafa Madbouli, Egypt's Minister of Investment Hassan Al-Khateeb, and Minister of Information and Culture and Minister of State for Youth Affairs Abdurrahman Al-Mutairi co-inaugurated the festival.
The event featured some Arab ambassadors and Arab League's assistant secretary general for media and communications sector Ambassador Ahmad Khatabi. (end) aff.hm
