KUWAIT, Dec 18 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a congratulatory cable on Monday to Egypt's President Abdelfattah Al-Sisi, expressing his sincere congratulations on winning in the presidential elections as President.
In his cable, His Highness Sheikh Mishal expressed wishes, success, and prosperity to the Republic under his leadership.
His Highness Sheikh Mishal praised the historical, distinguished and established relations between the two countries, and asserted on the importance on the permanent and common aspiration to strengthen the bonds of these relations and advance the frameworks of cooperation between them in various fields.
