KUWAIT, Sept 28 (KUNA) -- Speaker of the National Assembly Marzouq Al-Ghanim sent Thursday a cable to His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah on the success of his surgery.
