Kuwaiti stocks close down

KUWAIT, June 21 (KUNA) -- Boursa Kuwait, the country's official stock exchange, ended Wednesday's trading in the red zone.
The benchmark nosedived by 18.37 points to settle at 6,765 points, while the Weighted and KSX 15 indices went down by 4.29 and 11.35 points respectively.
The value of trades hit KD 12.4 million (around USD 40.5 million), as the volume reached 45.3 million shares done through 2056 transactions. (end) ht.tb.mt
