RAMALLAH, June 20 (KUNA) -- A Palestinian young man was killed Tuesday by Israeli forces in northeastern Jerusalem, Palestinian health ministry announced.
Bahaa Al-Harbawei, 23, of Al-Eizariya city, was shot dead by the occupying forces, the ministry said in a statement.
Meanwhile, Israeli media quoted military sources earlier as saying that a military unit killed a Palestinian man after attempting to stab members of Israeli guards in north Jerusalem, adding that no injuries were reported among the guards. (end)
