KUWAIT, Nov 25 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad
Al-Jaber Al-Sabah has sent a cable of congratulations to the President of
Suriname, Desire Delano Bouterse, on the occasion of his country's National
day, wishing him lasting health and well-being.
HH the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and HH the
