KUWAIT, Oct 18 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf
Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, received at Al-Seif Palace on Tuesday, Minister of
State for Planning and Development Abdul Wahab Al-Haroun who presented His
Highness with staff of the national project, "Thokhor," for upgrading skills
of leaders in the development sector.
HH the Crown Prince praised this national project, aimed at enriching
skills of the leaders in all state sectors.
All obstacles hindering the youth participation in the development of the
homeland must be removed, HH the Crown Prince said during the meeting.
The aspired development is in line with the desire of His Highness the Amir
Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah to transform Kuwait into an
international financial-commercial hub, he said. (end)
