DAMASCUS, Dec 25 (KUNA) -- Three people died after suffering from swine flu
in Syria this winter, the Syrian Ministry of Health said on Saturday.
Hala Al-Khayer, in charge of communicable diseases at the ministry, said in
a statement that the deceased were among four cases, registered over the past
few days. Their condition was very serious due to treatment delay, she added.
No other identical cases were discovered in the country during the current
winter. (end)
