BAGHDAD, Nov 21 (KUNA) -- A notorious leader of a little terrorist group,
called "the naqshabandi bridages line" was arrested in a raid in Salah Ad-Din
governorate north of Baghdad, police said on Sunday.
The Rapid Reaction Brigade troops raided the province of Salah Ad-Din,
based on accurate intelligence information, targeting a terrorist group, a
police source told KUNA.
The forces detained a leader and nine members of the group, the source
added.
They indentified the leader as a relative of the former vice president,
Izzat Al-Douri, he said, adding that the others were interrogated.
The group, led by Al-Douri, has claimed responsibility for numerous deadly
attacks.(end)
