Israel adoptS policy of procrastination -- Palestinian official

RAMALLAH, Sept 6 (KUNA) -- A Palestinian authority official charged Israel on Monday with adopting a policY of procrastination aimed at using the negotiations as a camouflage to pursue settlement activities.
Marwan Al-Barghouthi, the General Secretary of the Palestinian National Initiative, said in a statement that recent remarks by Israeli Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman ruling out a peace settlement Constituted a PROOF that "there is no IsraelI partner for peace." Al-Barghouthi said the Israeli schemes of continuing the construction of the settlements at the expense of peace should be disclosed to the world.
