RAMALLAH, June 4 (KUNA) -- Israeli forces beefed up security in Jerusalem
since the early hours of Friday, and will be preventing Palestinians from
entering the city.
Israeli radio said police would prevent men under the age of 40 from
entering Jerusalem and the Old City to perform the Friday Prayers at Al-Aqsa
Mosque.
The deployment of troops came upon news that the Palestinians intended to
organize a massive protest against Israel's attack on the 'Freedom Flotilla'
last Monday. (end)
