IRBIL, Oct 27 (KUNA) -- Five Iraqi civilians were killed and two policemen
were injured in sporadic violent acts in Iraq's northern city of Mosul, a
police source said.
An explosive device went off near an Iraqi police patrol in Mosul killing
three civilians and injuring two policemen, a source at the Iraqi police in
Mosul told KUNA.
In another incident, unknown gunmen shot dead a civilian who was inside a
store in downtown Mosul, he said.
Another civilian was killed when unidentified armed men opened fire at him
in downtown Mosul as well. (end)
