ALGIERS, Aug 26 (KUNA) -- Four armed persons turned themselves in to the
Algerian authorities at Tizi Ouzo state, 110 km eastern Algerian capital, a
military source announced Wednesday.
The source added in press remarks that the four armed persons were hiding
in the forest of Syed Ali Bounab, that is located on the borders of both
states, Tizi Ouzo and Boumerdes.
In addition, the surrender came as a result of a plan set by the army weeks
ago in order to clean the area from armed groups.
Algerian security authorities are combing different areas at Ain Defla
state 150 km west of the Algerian capital. (end)
