BAGHDAD, Aug 24 (KUNA) -- Four Iraqi police officers were injured in a
blast caused by an explosive device during a police patrol in Al-Maghreb road
in Baghdad on Monday evening.
A police source told KUNA that the blast took place while the police patrol
was passing through the intersection of Al-Maghreb road wounding four police
officers.
Police closed the scene, where the injured were hospitalized in the nearest
medical center. (end)
