ISLAMABAD, Aug 24 (KUNA) -- Two bomb explosions Monday hit the Pakistani
Southwestern city of Quetta, causing no human loss but material damage, said
police.
The first bomb exploded at a railway track in Quetta, the capital of
Baluchistan province, police sources told KUNA. They said the explosion
damaged about one foot long portion of the track but no human loss was
reported.
The second blast, said the sources further, took place in the Agriculture
Colony of the city. They said unknown militants hurled a hand-grenade at a
house that damaged its outer wall but, fortunately, there was no life loss
reported. (end)
