GAZA, March 12 (KUNA) -- Israeli vessels opened fire at scores of
Palestinian fishing boats at the coasts of north and central Gaza.
Palestinian security sources said the Israeli vessels attacked the fishing
boats at the coast of Al-Soudaniya area north of Gaza and the coast of
Al-Nuseirat refugee camp, Deir Al-Balah, in central Gaza.
The attack damaged a number of fishing boats, in which the fishermen had
flee for land to avoid gunfire.
Earlier Thursday, Israeli planes shelled the Egypt-Gaza borderline,
however, no casualties were reported.(end)
