RAMALLAH, Jan 14 (KUNA) -- A Palestinian family of five were killed and
seven injured amidst Israeli bombardment on the neighbourhood of Al-Sabra in
Gaza on Wednesday.
The family of Abu Wahid Moussa was killed after their house collapsed over
them during Israeli air raids.
North of Khan Younis, some three Palestinians were killed and another was
injured by the Israelis, with another two also killed in Al-Ammour east of
Rafah.
Separately a Palestinian was killed while one was injured in the district
of Tal Al-Hawa, while an employee of UNRWA, the United Nations Relief and
Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East, was also injured after
an Israeli F-16 jet fired rockets onto his vehicle.
According to Palestinian medical sources, the death toll of Palestinians
killed by Israeli raids has risen to 1033, while injuries have amounted to a
total of 4580, amongst them 322 dead children, since the Israeli violent raid
on Gaza. (end)
