MOSCOW, Sept 18 (KUNA) -- Russia has earmarked USD 10 million worth of urgent aid for the Palestinian people, the foreign ministry announced on Thursday.
The ministry spokesman said in a statement that the earmarked funds would be used for teaching and medical care.
