ALGIERS, March 29 (KUNA) -- The value of trade exchanges between Algeria
and the United States had reached USD 19.46 billion by the end of last year,
an increase of 23 percent compared to the year before, a specialized report
revealed here on Saturday.
The report of the Algerian Statistics Bureau showed that most of Algeria's
exports to the United States were in the fuels sector or by 99 percent of
overall export.
The report added that the US exported to Algeria grain, other agricultural
products and spare parts for industrial machinery, industrial oils,
manufactured metal products and electrical equipment. (end)
