ISLAMABAD, Oct 25 (KUNA) -- Some 40 people including 30 security personnel
were killed and scores others were wounded in a powerful ammunition explosion
in a northern Pakistani town, said police on Thursday.
The incident, a day after troops were re-enforced to improve the security
situation in the area, was reported as a "suicide bombing."(end)
