KUWAIT, Sept 4 (KUNA) -- A Kuwait Airways Company's (KAC) flight has safely
returned to the airport after the crew had discovered smoke on board the plan,
announced the Directorate General of Civil Aviation in Kuwait's international
airport on Tuesday.
The Civil Aviation's Deputy General Manager for Safety Affairs and Air
Transport Nabil Al-Zamel told reporters that KAC's Airbus-300 was on a flight
to Dubai International airport when the smoke was detected by the crew,
forcing the flight to return back to the Kuwait airport.
All precautions were taken to ensure the safe return of the passengers and
