US soldier killed in explosion in south Baghdad -- US Army
BAGHDAD, April 21 (KUNA) -- Two US Marine soldiers were killed and two
others were wounded when their patrol was hit with blast of explosives in
southern Baghdad on Saturday, a US Army statement said.
Another explosion in Al-Baladiyat Neighborhood in eastern Baghdad injured
three US soldiers and set their military jeep afire.
The death toll of the US Army in Iraq for April so far reached 70. (end)
