GAZA, Nov 22 (KUNA) -- Al-Nasser Salahiddin Brigades, the military wing of
the Palestinian Popular Resistance Committees, claimed responsibility Thursday
for an RPG attack on Israeli Special Forces.
A statement by the brigades said the attack occurred in Abasan town, south
Gaza Strip, and reported casualties among the Isreali troops.
The Israeli forces were taking shelter near a house in Abasan when the
fighters launched their attack, the bridades said.
Meanwhile, an Israeli Army spokesman said Israeli forces injured three
Palestinians last night as they were attempting to infiltrate the
Israeli-Palestinian borders. They were shot at upon their approach, he said.
