KUWAIT, Oct 31 (KUNA) -- 1962 -- The Amir, Sheikh Abdullah Al-Salem Al-Sabah, issued decree by law 27/1962 regulating the trading in bonds of private companies established abroad.

2008 -- Kuwait's National Bowling Team won the 9th GCC Bowling Tournament for Men, held in Kuwait, after its players win 10 medals; four gold, four silver, and two bronze.
2010 -- National rehabilitation center for drugs and moral deviation was opened.
2010 -- Ministry of Education launched school meals campaign for 134,000 students in the nation's six governorates. The campaign cost KD 59 million.
