His Highness Amir congratulates Uruguay on nat'l day

KUWAIT, Aug 25 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent, Sunday, a cable of congratulations to the President of Uruguay Tabare Vazquez on his country's national day.
His Highness the Amir expressed wishes of abundance of health and wellness to the President as well as perpetual progress and prosperity for Uruguay.
