Saudi King, Pakistani PM discuss bilateral ties, regional development

JEDDAH, Sept 19 (KUNA) -- Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and visiting Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan held on Wednesday talks on bilateral relations and means of promoting them in all fields.
The talks also covered latest developments on the regional arena, according to Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
Also, Khan discussed historic relations between the two countries with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, the agency added.
The two officials focused on means of promoting and developing the two bilateral ties in all domains.
Meanwhile, Khan received, at his residency in Jeddah, Secretary General of Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Yousef Al-Othaimeen.
They discussed several common issues which concern the two sides, and means of booting ties among OIC member states as well as unifying their ranks.
They focused on the activation of common Islamic action, Islamophobia and status of Muslim minority all over the world, according to the agency. (end) mdm.hm
