Sudanese Pres. touts developed ties with Kuwait

KHARTOUM, March 2 (KUNA) -- Sudanese President Omar Al-Bashir Friday hailed the "great" development of relations between Sudan and the State of Kuwait.
Al-Bashir made the remark during a meeting with visiting Kuwaiti Minister of Social Affairs and Labor and Minister of State for Economic Affairs Hind Al-Sabeeh.
Speaking to KUNA following the meeting with the Sudanese president, the Kuwaiti minister quoted Al-Bashir as speaking highly of greatly developed relations between Sudan and Kuwait and sending greetings to His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
The encounter was attended by Kuwaiti Ambassador to Sudan Bassam Al-Qabandi and several other Sudanese officials.
The Kuwaiti minister arrived in Khartoum on Tuesday on an official visit to this Arab country, which is scheduled to conclude later today. (end) mmm.mt
