KUWAIT, Dec 18 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Monday a cable of congratulations to Qatar's Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, in which he expressed his deepest congratulations on the anniversary of assumption of power by late founder of Qatar Sheikh Jasem bin Mohammad bin Thani Al Thani.
