KUWAIT, Dec 1 (KUNA) -- National Assembly Speaker Marzouq Al-Ghanim sent two cables of congratulations on Friday to Romania President of the Chamber of Deputies Liviu Nicolae Dragnea and President of the Senate Calin Popescu-Tariceanu.
