Quake recorded in south Saudi Arabia

JEDDAH, Nov 3 (KUNA) -- An earthquake measuring 4 degrees hit Al-Namas Governorate in the southern region Asir, Saudi Geological Survey (SGS) said on Friday.
The earthquake was recorded at a depth 9.1 kilometers, the SGS said in a statement.
Meanwhile, the local administration in Asir affirmed that the tremors caused no damage.
On October 17, the survey authority reported a light quake at the Red Sea, off Jeddah. (end) nh.rk
