KUWAIT, Oct 31 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah on Tuesday received at Bayan Palace Governor of the Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK) Dr. Mohammed Y. Al-Hashel.
