KUWAIT, Oct 7 (KUNA) -- Kuwait parliament speaker Marzouq Al-Ghanim congratulated Egyptian Speaker of House of Representatives Dr. Ali Abdulaal for Egypt's national team qualification for the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.
Al-Ghanim, in a cable to Abdulaal, said the Egyptians returned to the World Cup following 28-year absence.
"I congratulate the Egyptian people for this well-deserved achievement," he said. (end)
