KUWAIT, Oct 1 (KUNA) -- The Ministry of Justice has turned into a smart department, website of which provides more than 247 electronic and information services, the minister announced on Sunday.
Minister of Justice and Minister of State for National Assembly Affair Dr. Falah Al-Azab made the declaration in a statement after inaugurating the website, affirming that the service on the virtual realm is well secured.
Any employee who tries to reach a citizen's personal data without legal justification will be shunned and referred the Public Prosecution on charges of breaching national's private information, he warned.
Qusai Al-Shatti, the general director of the central apparatus for information technology, said the website provides 47 electronic services and more than 210 data services, enabling citizens to do transactions rapidly.
Citizens can pay fees, fines and rents via the website which also posts travel bans. (end)
