Wall street experience worst session on 10 months

NEW YORK, May 17 (KUNA) -- US stocks experienced on Wednesday its worst session in 10 months in result to the continuing of political uncertainty.
According to New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), all major indexes experience instability as traders are in doubt on whether US President Donald Trump can push forward with the pro-growth agenda that has helped drive stocks to records.
Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA) opened at 20,846.17, and dropped more than 372 points or (1.78 percent) to settle at 20,610.07.
The Nasdaq Composite Index also experienced a sharp drop where it opened earlier this morning at 6,108.62 and dropped more than 158 points or (2.57 percent) to close at 6,011.68 points.
Other major index such as the Standard and Poor's (S&P 500) opened at 2,382.95 and dropped more than 43 points or (1.82 percent) to close at 2,357.28 points. (end) mao.mb
